What is the Chiller?

chiller application

Chillers are used in a wide range of locations and with specific purposes. Some of the main uses of this device are as follows: 1- Residential, office and commercial buildings: Chiller acts as the beating heart of central air conditioning systems and supply the cool air needed by intermediaries called fan coil and air conditioner. This application is very common in commercial, office, residential, shopping malls, hotels and hospitals. 2. Industries: These devices can be used in various industries such as pharmacy, food, petrochemical, and electronics industries to control temperature in production processes, cooling industrial and laboratory equipment, and maintaining the proper performance of equipment. 3. Datacenters: Cooling servers and network equipment for proper operation and longevity of this equipment are other uses.

The main components and how

In the heat chiller, the water is taken from the refrigeration cycle and is eventually transferred to the outside. (Of course, in cases where it is very common today, this heat is re -used in heating systems and optimizes and reduces fuel consumption.) There is a missing loop to transfer heat from water and ultimately to the environment. . This is the missing loop. In fact, the refrigerant takes the heat of the water and transfers this heat to the outside environment through the steps mentioned.

compressor:

is a device that compresses low -pressure refrigerant and converts to high pressure and high temperature gas. The heart is the heart of the air conditioning system that has its own varieties and will be expressed in their differences. This piece has the most impact on the efficiency and final price of a device. The compressor type in a chiller varies depending on the user and the environment used.

Condenser:

is a device that changes the refrigerant from gas to liquid by cooling refrigerant and taking it. The condenser, or condenser, has two types of cooling and cool water. Air condominants include copper-aluminum and microwave condensors.

Expansion Milk:

is a device that greatly reduces the refrigerant fluid pressure from the condenser. Expansion valves are commonly used in two types of thermostatic and electronic chillers. Electronic expansion valves are more expensive and, of course, more accurate than the thermostatic expansion valves. These parts should be used in the refrigeration cycle by number of refrigeration circuits in each chiller.

Refrigerated that plays the intermediary of heat transfer from water to the environment by entering the compressor to high pressure and temperature, then enter the condenser and by loss of heat from the gas to the liquid. It then enters the expansion valve and the liquid pressure is greatly reduced. The refrigerant in this case has high potential for heat absorption, which is performed in the evaporator. The evaporator actually provides the environment for this heat transfer between water and refrigerant. The outlet of this operation is cool and heated (which is steamed).

Chillers in general can be divided into two large categories of condensing chillers and absorption chillers. Cooling chillers cool water using the compression process and compressor within a refrigeration cycle. In fact, the compressors act using the compressor and the conversion of the electricity force. In contrast to chilrars that produce water and have generators and have no compressors, they are called absorption chillers.

Scral compressors usually have smaller size and capacity than other compressors. The chillers produced using these compressors have to use several compressors in a chiller to enhance the capacity of a device and also increase the reliability of the device. Scral chillers are made of low capacity to about 250 tonnes of refrigeration.
